摘要
高校图书馆员职业生涯发展中普遍存在着“职业高原”现象。分析了高校图书馆员“职业高原”现象产生的个体原因、组织原因和结构原因,并从个体和组织两个方面提出了相应的应对措施。
＂Career plateau＂ phenomenon exists widely in the career development of university librarian. The article analyzes the causes of the phenomenon in the individual, organizational and structural perspective, and puts forward the counter-measures form the individuals and structural aspects.
