摘要
目的探讨监测血清乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-glutamyl transferase,GGT)浓度的变化在评估儿童感染相关性噬血细胞综合征治疗效果中的价值。方法分析32例儿童感染相关性噬血细胞综合症患儿病情在急性期和治疗缓解期血清LDH、CK、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT浓度的变化,并将这些酶浓度的变化与甘油三脂(triglycerides,TG)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)浓度的变化进行比较。结果1)32例感染相关性噬血细胞综合征患儿病情急性期血清LDH、CK、ALT、AST、ALP浓度的水平均高于缓解期(P<0.01)。2)血清TG浓度与血清酶LDH、CK、ALT浓度呈正相关关系,FIB浓度与LDH、CK、ALP、TG呈负相关关系。结论连续监测感染相关性噬血细胞综合征患儿血清LDH、CK、ALT、AST、ALP浓度的变化可有助于评估治疗的效果。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of children with infection-associated hemophagocytic syndrome by observing the changes of concentrations of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) andγ-glutamyl transferase (GGT). Methods Thirty-two children with infection-associated hemophagocytic syndrome were studied in acute phase and period of remission. The serum concentrations of LDH, CK, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, triglycerides (TG) and fibrinogen (FIB) were detected by biochemistry assay. Results The levels of serum LDH, CK, ALT, AST and ALP in acute phase were significantly higher than those in the period of remission (P〈 0.01). There were significant positive correlations between the concentrations of the serum TG and LDH, CK, ALT (P〈0.01 to P〈0.05). There were significant negative correlations between the concentrations of the serum FIB and LDH, CK, ALP and TG (P〈0.01 to P〈0.05). Conclusions We can efficiently evaluate the therapeutic effects of the children with infection-associated hemophagocytic syndrome by observing the changes of levels of serum LDH, CK, ALT, AST and ALP.
