民营企业的诞生与成长过程,是一个与观念、制度和客观环境不断碰撞与突破的过程,创新是其发展的主线与关键。民营企业经济发展要实现新的突破和可持续发展,唯一可选的道路就是实行全面的制度创新。
The growing up process of civil enterprises is full of conflicts among concepts, systems and subjective environment, and innovation is its primary and key points for the future development. In order to realize new breakthrough and ever-lasting development for civil enterprises, the only way available is to take complete systemic innovation into action.
