摘要
目的:探讨Marfan综合征患者脊柱侧弯的手术治疗方法及注意事项。方法:回顾分析1999年5月-2004年1月收治的9例严重脊柱侧弯行脊柱矫形术的Marfan综合征患者临床资料。结果:9例患者的脊柱侧弯得到了有效矫治,经过长期的随访观察,患者术后功能恢复满意。结论:CD矫正法在矫正侧弯的同时可有效矫正合并的旋转畸形,而且撑开力大,为多节段框架式固定,撑开张力平均分布,不易发生脱钩、折棒等并发征。采用了选择性的多节段固定和去旋转力,三维纠正效果好,可满意重建躯干平衡、防止术后失偿,并发症少、融合率高、纠正丢失少,术后不需外固定,有利于患者早期康复。
Objective：To analyze the results of operative treatment of scoliosis in Marfan＇s syndrome patients and discuss the method and announcements in these cases. Methods： Nine cases of scoliosis in Marfans syndrone treated with operation were analyzed retrospectively. We retrospectively analyze the clinic data of 9 scoliosis in Marfan＇s syndrome patients from May of 1999 to January of 2004. Results：The deformations of 9 scoliolosis in Marfan＇s syndrome patients had been effectively corrected and the functions of these patients were satisfied. Conclusion：Surgical treatment with Cotrel-Dubousset instrumentation can correct the scoliotic curves in combined mode, consisting of distraction in concave side of the curves, compression in convex side of the curves, transverse traction and derotation force on the top of curves. The advantages of this technique include average distributed force placement, large correct force, stable fixation. This method don＇t need needn＇t fixation outside and profit patients to rehabilitate early.
