Evaluation of e-commerce performance of enterprises based on factor analysis

摘要 鉴于目前我国理论界对电子商务的研究大多都集中在对电子商务模式、机理以及优势等方面,很少有关于企业电子商务绩效的定量研究这一状况,采用因子分析法,利用SPSS软件,从一个新视角对开展电子商务的企业绩效进行评价.评价过程中,综合考虑了影响企业电子商务绩效的所有主要指标,科学评定了各个指标对整个企业绩效的影响程度,直观地说明了企业采用电子商务能获得竞争优势的源泉和主要因素,还能为企业领导在投资建设企业电子商务时提供科学的决策依据.另外,对理论界同类研究也可以起到一个启发作用. Since the majority of researches concentrate on the modes, principles and advantages of e-commerce, and few researches focus on the quantitative analysis on the e-commerce performance of enterprises, the performances of those firms are evaluated from a new angle with factor analysis and SPSS software. The main indices affecting the performance of e-commerce are considered and their influences on the performance of the enterprises were scientifically evaluated. Main sources and reasons that e-commerce can result in competitive advantage are clearly expounded, which may provide support for making decisions in the investment of e-commerce. In addition, the methodology and approaches should be heuristic for the related researchers.
