摘要
本文用一种新的优化方案计算装有非线性弹性支承—挤压油膜阻尼器的转子系统的振动响应。首先根据转子系统的结构特点,建立其无量纲形式的非线性运动微分方程;然后由微分方程构造一控制目标函数;最后对此目标函数进行优化计算。
Squeeze Film Damper(SFD) is an especially useful means for controlling vibration, instability and reducing trasmitted force in rotor bearing systems of aircraft engines and other turbomachines with high speeds. But, because of the high nonlinearity of squeeze film force, many rotor SFD problems remain not thoroughly analysed. In this paper, the authors propose a new method called the “optimization calculation method”,to reduce the computational time required for obtaining the offset synchronous response of a rotor nonlinear supporting(SFD) system. In this method, there are two important things to do:(1)to establish a functional, which is given by equation (9) of the full paper;(2)to derive a set of nonlinear algebraic equations (given by equation(10) of full paper) for solving the offset response of the rotor system. The orbit parameters obtained by the authors′ new optimization calculation method are checked numerically by orbit parameters method , Runge Kutta method and experiment, the agreement is quite good. But, compared with above two methods, the computational time is reduced by approximately 31% and 43%. With the exception of these, this paper also got some useful conclusions for engineering application.
