摘要
目的:观察雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者76例分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(36例)。其中,治疗组外用雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂涂抹,3次.d-1;对照组涂抹5%布洛芬乳膏,3次.d-1,疗程均为2wk。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,2组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂可用于治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,其疗效显著优于5%布洛芬乳膏。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xueshan Jinluohan odynolysis plastics for Postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）, METHODS： A total of 76 patients with PHN were enrolled： 40 （trial group） were randomly assigned to receive Xueshan Jinluohan odynolysis plastics rid for two weeks, and 36 （control group） to receive 5% Ibuprofen cream tid for two weeks as well. RESULTS： The total effective rate of trial group vs. control group was 90% vs. 66.7%, showing significant difference between 2 groups （P〈0.05）, CONCLUSION： Xueshan Jinluohan odynolysis plastics is significantly superior to 5% Ibuprofen cream in clinical efficacy for PHN.
