摘要
建立中低收入人群住房保障体系,解决中低收入人群住房问题一直是政府所关注的问题。无论是对低收入人群提供廉租房,对中低收入人群提供经济适用房或是进行费用补贴,如何界定中低收入人群都是住房保障实施中的关键环节。本文首次探讨应用数据挖掘技术,从分析外在特征入手判定中低收入人群,数据挖掘方法为解决这一难题提供了有效途径。
Establishment of urban housing security system for middle and low income residents and solving their housing problem are always a concern of the government. Whether to provide the low-rent housing to the low income residents, or to provide an affordable housing to the middle and low income residents or to give them subsidy for housing, how to distinguish different income residents and who deserve these is the key. This article discusses the application of data mining technology to the problem stated above for the first time, which discriminates different income residents based on the analysis of external characteristic. It would be an effective way for solving this problem based on data mining method.
