摘要
本文客观地揭示了建筑能耗高的原因,即围护结构保温不良、系统效率与热源效率不高,而冬冷夏热地区外墙作为围护结构的重要一环,要达到国家降低建筑能耗50%的目标,保温是必须的。外墙保温的建筑投资回收年限计算和增加的建筑面积成本计算都是初投资和运行成本的分配问题。
This article promulgated objectively the reason that caused the high construction energy consumption, such as poor thermal insulation, system efficiency and thermal source efficiency of the enclosure structure, but external wall acts as an important part of enclosure structure in cold-winter and hot-summer region, so external thermal insulation is essential to accomplish the goal of 50% construction energy consumption reduction. Payback period calculation of construction investment and cost calculation of added building area in external thermal insulation arc all assignmcnt problem of first cost and running cost.
