摘要
利用连续鼓泡法在Ca(OH)2-CO2体系中合成了粒径为50~80nm的粒状、方解石型纳米碳酸钙粉体,合成过程中用硬脂酸钠及硬脂酸对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性处理,实现了合成和表面改性一体化工艺。对合成的纳米碳酸钙改性粉体进行了活化度和吸油率的测定。结果表明.用硬脂酸钠改性的纳米碳酸钙比用硬脂酸改性的分散性、亲油性更好。
The calcite type nano-calcium carbonate was synthesized with the particle diameter 50 to 80nm in Ca(OH)2-CO2 system by bubble method. The nano-calcium carbonate was modified with sodium stearate and stearic acid during the process of synthesis, which carried out integrative processing of synthesis & modification. The activation grade and the rate of oil absorbency of the samples were determined. The results showed that the dispersive property and consistency with organic material of the nano-calcium carbonate by using sodium stearate are better than using stearic acid.
