摘要
对光皮桦种子不同温度贮藏和种子发芽的光反应进行了研究。结果表明:在0~5℃条件下,光皮桦种子贮藏10个月时仍保持45.0%的发芽率,种子寿命延长,满足了调节播种季节的需要。不同的贮藏温度和贮藏时间,其发芽速度相近,且发芽速度快、整齐度高。光皮桦种子属光反应较强的种子,在苗圃地条件下,适宜的光照(半遮阳)可明显提高种子发芽能力和幼苗质量,覆土和遮阳会使发芽能力显著降低。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of fight and temperature on the storage and germination of Betula luminifera seeds. Result showed that the seeds stored for 10 months under 0~ 5℃ still kept a germination percentage of 45.0%. The prolonging of seed longevity could meet the need of regulating the sowing seasons. Similar and higher germination rates and evener seed emergence were found under different storage temperatures and durations. Betula luminifera seeds are quite sensitive to light. The germinating force of seeds and the seedling quality improve under optimal light intensities ( half-shading), and the geminating force reduces remarkably under covering and shading conditions.
