摘要
目的观察厄贝沙坦联合阿魏酸钠治疗早期糖尿病肾病（EDN）的临床疗效。方法69例EDN患者,随机分为对照组34例,治疗组35例,两组均采用饮食控制和糖尿病常规治疗,对照组用厄贝沙坦,治疗组用厄贝沙坦联合阿魏酸钠,疗程为3周,观察两组患者治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、血肌酐（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）的变化。结果治疗组UAER、SCr、BUN均明显下降（P〈0.05）,且明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论厄贝沙坦联合阿魏酸钠能较好减轻肾损害,改善肾功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of irbesartan combined with sodium ferulate （SF） on patients with early diabetic nephropathy （EDN）. Methods Sixty - nine patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty - five patients in the treatment group were treated with combined irbesartan with SF;the other thirty - four patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan only. The therapeutic course was three weeks. Results In the treatment group, the level of urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, serum creatinine（SCr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） were also significantly decreased compared to those before therapy（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The changes in the treatment group were superior to those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of irbesartan and sodium ferulate is effective in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy, which can reduce proteinuria , decrease UAER, ameliorate renal injury and improve renal function.
