摘要 肝细胞生长因子是一多效性细胞因子。在神经系统发育和再生过程中,肝细胞生长因子作为神经营养因子发挥作用。本文就肝细胞生长因子的分子生物学特性以及在神经系统中的分布和生物学作用进行综述。 Hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） is a pleiotropic cytokine, In the process of development and regeneration of nervous system, it act as neurotrophic factor. This paper summaries the property of HGF in the molecular biology, the distribution and biologic effect of HGF in the nervous system
