蛛网膜下腔出血动物模型的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)动物模型是动物实验研究的基础和起点,对研究SAH后的病理生理变化及指导临床治疗具有重要的意义,SAH的动物模型目前主要有3种:(1)刺破动脉,使血液聚集于血管周围。(2)外科手术暴露动脉,抽取自体动脉血注其周围。(3)抽取其他部位动脉血注入蛛网膜下腔,使其积聚于动脉周围。现就SAH的不同动物模型的制备、优缺点及应用综述如下。
