摘要
L-脯氨酸是含有亚氨基的中性氨基酸,是构成蛋白质的20种基本氨基酸之一,属人体非必需氨基酸。L-脯氨酸具有一定的生理活性,在医药、农业、化工及食品等方面有着广泛的用途,尤其在医药上是许多新药合成的中间体。重点概述了L-脯氨酸发酵生产菌种的选育、培养条件的优化和提取纯化研究,为L-脯氨酸发酵生产提供理论指导。
L - Proline is a neutral amino acid with imono. It is one of 20 kinds of essential amino acids which constitutes protein. It is amino acids necessary to human boby. L- Proline has certain physiological activities. It is widely used in medicine, agriculture, chemical industry and food. Especially it is the intermediate of synthesizing many new medicines. This article outlined breeding of L- Proline industrial fermentation, optimization of culture conditions and extraction process, which provided theoretical guide for L- Proline fermentation.
