载药微球制剂的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 微球制剂不仅具备传统药物载体的分散、保护功能,又有缓释作用,作为当前新型药物载体具有广阔的开发和应用前景。理想的药物载体应具备以下特性:①靶向性;②药物释放可控性;③药理学应是稳定且易于药物释放;④无毒性;⑤可降解。应用中的微球制剂离此目标还有一定差距,因此加快微球制剂的研究开发,使载药系统的研究更加完善,具有实际的临床应用价值。 With the development of preparation technique,microsphere agents not only have the dispersion and protection functions of traditional drug carrier,but also have the effects of slow release,it has a promising future in their application as a recently new type drug carrier.But as an ideal drug carrier,it also has following characteristics:①Targeting;②Controllable capability of drug release;③Its pharmacology should be stable and easy for drug release;④Avirulence;⑤Degradable.There is a gap between applied microsphere agents and its goal,so it has practically clinical implications to speed up research and development of microsphere agents and make drug-loaded system ameliorated.
