摘要
介绍了连续流动分析法测定水中总氮的过程,通过在线UV消化器,过硫酸钾被光分解为硫酸盐自由基。样品中无机和有机氮被硫酸盐自由基氧化为硝酸盐。硝酸盐被还原为亚硝酸盐,与磺胺/NEDD反应生成红色络合物在550nm下测定。此方法具有重现性好灵敏度高的特点。回收率为96%~103%相对标准偏差小于1.2%。
The process of total nitrie determination in water by on-line reaction was described in this paper. Persulphate was photo--degradated into kraft radical by on-line UV digestor, inorganic or/and organic nitride in sample was oxidated into nitrate by the kraft radical, and the nitrate would be reduced into nitrite. The red complex formed through reaction of nittrite and sulfanilamide/NEDD could be detected at 55Onto. The recovery of this method is 96-103%, relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 1.2%, and its repeatability and sensitivity are very well.
