摘要
人力资源已成为现代图书馆的战略性资源,有效地开发和管理人力资源是高校图书资讯事业发展的关键。从人力资源的概念出发,通过对高校图书馆人力资源现状的分析,指出了人力资源开发和管理中存在的问题,进而提出了高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的对策。
As known that human resource has become strategic resource right now for modem libraries, it is very important to develop and manage human resource efficiently. According to the concept of human resource, the current human resource situation of university libraries is analyzed. Problems existing in human resource development and management are brought forward, and some problem solving policies are raised.
