摘要
图书选题开发与一般产品开发一样,探索性和创造性都非常强。同时,图书产品具有多品种、小批量,以及产品生产流程中的多环节、多部门、多渠道与产品销售实现的时空差距等,使选题开发比一般产品开发更具风险性。从企业产品开发的风险管理理论入手,结合出版企业的选题开发,分析了图书选题开发中存在的几种主要风险,并提出了降低图书选题开发风险的策略。
As the common product development, the topic - selection is also exploring and innovative since the book product is of multi - varieties and small batch. Simultaneously, it has multi - links of realization, multi - departments, multi - channel and sale realization space and time disparity for the central flow, which causes the selected - topic have more risk compared to the common product. Taking the risk management elementary theory as the instruction,with the performance in topic -selection of publishing, analysis each kind of risk which possibly meets in the topic - selection, the constructive comment is given to avoid the topic - selection risk.
