摘要
目的:以硅藻土(ExtrelutTM20)为吸附剂,采用柱层析分离,用正己烷-乙醚(9+1)洗脱样品中非极性的脂质组分,用乙醚洗脱样品中的3-氯-1,2-丙二醇,用七氟丁酰基咪唑(HFBI)溶液为衍生化试剂。方法:选用Rtx-225毛细管柱(0.32 mm×30 m×0.25μm;made in USA),气相色谱,电子捕获进行外标法定量分析食品中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇的含量。结果:方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg,回收率可达95%-104%。结论:方法快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective: A gaschromatography method was developed for detecting the 3 - monochloropropane - 1,2 - diol in food ingredient. Methods:Samples were eluted from extrelut chromatography column with diether and the mixture of hexane:dieth- yl ether (9:1 ,v/v) as eluant and detected by GC -ECD, derivatised by HFBI. Results:With experimental condition optimizing, 3 - monochloropropane - 1,2 - diol ccould be detected. Detection limit was 0. 01 mg/kg, the recovery rates were 95.3%- 104. 4%. Conclusion :The method is reliable ,fast and sensitive.
