超临界CO_2萃取蔬菜中敌百虫残留方法的优化 被引量:2

Optimized on supercritical fluid extracting parameters of trichlorphon from vegetables by orthogonal lest method

摘要 应用超临界流体萃取(Supercritical Fluid Extraction,SFE)技术,研究了蔬菜中敌百虫残留分析的前处理过程,通过正交实验法对萃取釜温度、压力、CO2流量和出口温度等条件进行了优化。结果表明,在萃取釜温度为60℃,压力为35MPa,CO2流量为18mL·min-1和出口温度为80℃时,用GC/FPD测定敌百虫的萃取率达到95.42%~106.73%。 An extracting method of trichlorphon residues in vegetables using supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was studied. The parameters of extraction were optimized by orthogonal test method. The results show that the extraction rate of trichlorphon reaches to 95.42%-106.73% when the oven temperature, the pressure, the flux of CO2 and the valve temperature is 60℃, 35MPa, 18mL·min^-1 and 80℃, respectively.
