摘要
在结晶器铸铜合金中添加能析出第二相质点的元素,与添加固溶型元素相比较能明显提高其高温抗蠕变性能。通过蠕变试验和导电率的测定,认为含0.4%~0.9%Cr的铜合金是铸铜结晶器中一种优良的金属材料。
Adding certain secondary precipitated phase forming alloying elements in Cu casting alloy, such as Cr, in comparsion with solid solution forming alloying elements for the crystalizer can remarkably improve its creep resistance at high temperature. Through creep test and electrical conductivity measurement, it is found that Cu casting alloy with 0.4% ̄0.9% Cr is one of excellent metallic materials suited for the crystallizer.
