摘要
城市供电是城市公共事业的重要内容之一,城市供电应急管理可为城市公共事业应急管理提供基本保障。文章介绍了国内外城市供电应急管理在宏观和微观领域需要研究的内容,提出了城市供电应急管理的功能需求,对城市供电应急管理系统的建设进行了初步探索,指出应将城市供电应急管理纳入城市总体联动应急管理中。
The emergency management of power supply in urban power network is the ensurance and in the emergency management of urban public service. This paper introduces the state-of-the-art in emergency management of urban power supply network in both macroscopic and microscopic fields. The specifications are investigated for the emergency management of urban power supply network in detail in the paper, and the preliminary considerations are paid on how to construct the emergency management system of urban power supply network. Finally, the reason why the future emergency management system for urban power supply network should be merged into the urban public emergency management system is presented.
