摘要
小檗碱又名黄连素,是从黄连等植物中提取的异喹啉类生物碱,具有多方面的药理作用。近年来,随着对小檗碱及其衍生物的深入研究发现,小檗碱具有较强的抗炎作用。现综合国内外对小檗碱的研究,浅谈小檗碱的抗炎作用。
Berberine has various pharmacological effects. Recent years, more and more studies showed that berberine has a anti-inflammatory effects. The paper reviews anti-inflammatory effects and mechanism of berberine.
