摘要
硫化锌精矿经焙烧、浸出、溶液除杂和水解等过程可制取活性氧化锌，研究了生产过程中浸出温度，时间以及水解ｐＨ值等因素对产品制备的影响，生产过程锌总回收率为７７％。该工艺简单，易于工业化。
The active zinc oxide was prepared from sulfide ores by a process comprising roasting,leaching,removing impurities and hydrolysis.The effects of leaching temperature,leaching time and hydrolysis pH on the process are studied.The extraction ratio was more than 90%,and the total recovery of zinc was 77% by the process.The process was simple,and easy to industrialize.
