摘要
目的:探讨自愿戒毒者的基本个性特点,重点研究吸毒累积时间长短对其个性的影响。方法:使用中国版明尼苏达多项个性测查表(MMPI)对广州市白云自愿戒毒中心177名自愿戒毒者进行调查,应用方差分析比较长期、中期和短期吸毒者的个性差异,并应用因子分析将自愿戒毒者个性的分析结果与正常群体因子分析结果进行比较。结果:男性海洛因依赖者除Si量表之外(P=0.746),女性海洛因依赖者除L(P=0.199)、K(P=0.971)、Mf(P=0.196)、Si(P=0.823)、Dy(P=0.110)5个量表外,其他量表均与全国常模有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。方差分析的结果显示,吸毒时间长短不同的吸毒者在K(P=0.070)、Pa(P=0.075)、Pt(P=0.059)、Sc(P=0.075)几个量表的得分在0.10水平上存在边缘差异,Q(P=0.002)、Hs(P=0.016)、MAS(P=0.012)和Dy(P=0.009)几个量表上的得分在0.05水平上存在显著性差异。结论:吸毒者与正常人群比较具有明显的人格偏常倾向,其MMPI剖析图呈现出41/14两点编码模式,并且吸毒者个性变化受吸毒时间长短的影响。
Ojective：To investigate the characters of heroin dependent patients under voluntary detoxification, especially the time effects on the change of their personality. Methods： MMPI （Chinese version） was used to analyze the personalities of 177 heroin dependent patients from Guangzhou Baiyun Drug Detoxiflcation Center, F test for the time effects on the personalities, and factor analysis to assess the differences between heroin dependent patients and normal subjects were conducted..Results.： Except Si（P =0. 746） for men and L（P =0. 199）, K（P =0. 971）, Mf（P =0. 196）, Si（P =0. 823）, Dy（P = 0. 110） for women, all items of MMPI in heroin dependent patients were different （ P 〈 0. 05 ） or quite different（P 〈0. 01, P 〈0. 001 ）from the normative subjects. The F test showed the accumulative time of drug abuse had effect on the personalities of K（P =0. 070） , Pa（P =0. 075）, Pt（P =0. 059）, Sc（P = 0. 075）at 0. 10 level, and of Q（P =0. 002）, Hs（P =0. 016）, MAS（P =0. 012）, Dy（P =0.009）at 0. 05 level. Conclusion： Heroin dependent patients＇ personalities departure from that of the normative subjects. The MMPI shows a 41/14 mode. The personalities of the dependent patients are affected by the time they used drugs.
