摘要
GDX1包装机组原条盒上胶装置对上胶量缺乏有效控制,造成7个上胶点上胶不均匀,且零件受乳胶腐蚀需经常清洗、更换等,为此对该上胶装置进行了改进。设计了密闭式上胶装置,将原上胶器改为上胶嘴,上胶全过程采用PLC程序控制,保证了7个上胶点稳定均匀地上胶;乳胶在该装置中处于密闭状态,除喷胶嘴外,其他零件均不与胶液接触,从而减少了乳胶损耗,降低了工人劳动强度、配件损耗和设备故障率。
The original design of glue applicator in GDX1 packing machine failed to effectively control the amount of glue applied on the carton, which resulted in uneven glue distribution among the 7 gluing points and the parts of glue applicator needed to be cleaned and changed frequently because of the contamination and corrosion caused by emulsion. Therefore, a sealed applicator was designed, the former gluer was replaced by a gluing nozzle, and the gluing process was PLC controlled to ensure steady and even gluing at the 7 gluing points. The glue was in a sealed state, no other parts contacted with glue, except for gluing nozzle, whereby the conasumption of glue and spare part, the labor intensity of operators and failures of equipment reduced accordingly.
