摘要
在水培缺锌与供锌条件下,用不同玉米基因型研究根分泌物之间的变化。结果表明,在玉米苗期的不同生长期,不同基因型在缺锌胁迫下根分泌物中K^+、氨基酸、糖类、酚类化合物出现不同的变化。这些变化一方面说明缺锌破坏了细胞原生质膜的稳定性,另一方面说明,分泌物增加可能是锌营养缺乏的一种适应性反应。
The corn genotypes were used to research the variety of substances released by corn roots. The results illustrated that the content of K^+, amino acid, tattles sugar and phenol compounds in corn genotypes was different under Zn-stress in seedling stage. The varieties illuminated that zinc deficiency led to two results. One was Zn-deficiency destroys the stability of protoplasm membrane in cell, and the other was the increase of the substance released by root was a suitable on Zn-deficieney.
