摘要
目的:研究复方人参膏延缓衰老作用。方法:选择小鼠冷水游泳,小鼠四氧嘧啶所致高过氧化脂质模型,小鼠肾上腺皮质激素型阳虚模型,观察复方人参膏对小鼠游泳时间,对血清及肝组织过氧化脂质含量,对小鼠体质量及胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺脏器系数的影响。结果:复方人参膏能显著延长小鼠冷水游泳时间;显著降低高过氧化脂质模型动物血清及肝脏的过氧化脂质含量;显著增加阳虚证模型动物的体质量及肾上腺脏器系数。结论:本品具有延缓衰老作用。
OBJECTIVE To study delaying consenescence effect of Ginseng Compound Extract. METHODS Mice swimmting in cold water was selected and the model of high peroxide lipide （LPO） arising from mice＇s alloxan and the model of deftciency-of-yang （a morbid condition due to deficiency of yang-qi） of mice＇s cortin-type were establithed to observe the influence of Ginseng Compound Extract on mice＇s swimming time, blood serum, content of liver tissue peroxide lipide （LPO）, mice＇s weight, thymus, spleen and adrenal gland viscera coefficient. RESULTS The swimming time was evidently extended; the content of peroxide lipide （MDA） of blood serum and liver of high peroxide lipide （LPO） model was obviously reduced; the weight and adrenal gland viscera coefficient of deficiency-of-yang model animals were obviously enhanced. CONCLUSION Ginseng Compound Extract can promote the delaying consenescence effect.
