摘要
为了研究SBS改性剂与纤维添加剂在沥青混凝土中的高温改性效果,对二者从试验和理论两个方面进行了对比分析。进行了不同温度下SBS改性沥青及添加纤维的沥青动态剪切试验,同时进行了不同温度下SBS改性沥青混合料及添加纤维的沥青混合料的车辙试验。试验结果表明,随着温度的升高,SBS改性沥青混合料和添加纤维的沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高幅度都有较大下降,其中SBS改性沥青对高温稳定性提高幅度降低的比较大,而纤维对高温稳定性提高幅度降低的相对小一些。对SBS改性剂及纤维添加剂的改性机理进行了理论分析,根据分析结果可知,纤维的增粘因子不随温度变化,而改性剂的增粘因子随温度升高而急剧降低,因此,在中低温下改性剂具有更大的增粘效果,而在高温下,纤维则有更好的效果。
Comparative analysis were done to study SBS and fiber additives' effect on high temperature performance of modified asphalt concrete. DSR test was done to SBS modified asphalt and fiber modified asphalt, also rutting test was done to SBS modified asphalt mixture and fiber modified asphalt mixture. The results indicate that the high temperature stability of SBS modified asphalt concrete and fiber modified asphalt concrete falls with the enhancement of temperature. But the enhancement effect of SBS additive slows down faster than fiber modified asphalt. Theoretical analysis results indicate that the viscosity factor of fiber changes little with temperature, while the viscosity factor of modification additive changes a lot with temperature.So SBS has better effect on viscosity in medium and low temperatures, while fiber has better effect on viscosity in high temperature.
