摘要
采用有限元仿真的方法,建立了永磁直线电机的模型,对初级与次级、次级与机床间的两种法向吸力进行了详细分析。发现了法向吸力在直线电机的实际应用中导致的推力波动问题、装配问题和机床隔磁问题。通过仿真拟合,得到了初级与次级法向吸力的公式,运用补偿措施来减小法向吸力影响。从工艺和设计入手,分析了装配问题的相应解决措施。从电磁分析入手,通过对直线电机底板材料和厚度的讨论分析,提出了一种解决机床隔磁问题的方法。
Two kinds of normal force of permanent magnet linear motor were fully analyzed by using finite element analysis (FEA). Three main problems caused by normal force when linear motor was used in machine tool were presented. They were magnetic separation, assembly problem and the ripple of thrust. The formula of the normal force between the motor's first and second parts was presented by FEA. According to the analyses in material and thickness of the base of linear motor, a method of magnetic separation was figured out.
