摘要
采用微波消解处理样品,以原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中痕量元素砷和汞,同时对试验的影响因素进行了探讨。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好,砷和汞的回收率在91.00%—104.18%,相对标准偏差小于3.44%。
The samples were decomposed by microwave digestion. An atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry for the determination of trace elements (As and Hg) in soil was developed. The experimental factors were investigated. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate. The recovery is in the range of 91.00%-104.18% ,and the relative standard deviation is 3.44%.
