摘要 装配型制造业生产线流程长,流转控制复杂,传统的仿真建模技术不能满足对复杂生产制造过程进行仿真的要求.文中通过对装配型制造业生产制造系统结构特点及运行方式的研究,结合面向对象的设计方法和虚拟仿真技术,给出了面向生产制造过程的三维图形仿真建模机制及实现方法,进而从应用层角度出发,开发了一种可视化的三维图形仿真平台.该系统实现了制造车间布局的计算机仿真,可帮助设计人员确定车间的最佳设计方案. The traditional technology of simulation modeling does not satisfy the requirements of simulation for complicated manufacturing process due to the long product line and the complicated control process. In order to solve this problem, a 3D graphic simulation modeling mechanism oriented to manufacturing process is presented after the investigation into the structural characteristics and running mode of assembly-type manufacturing, followed by the corresponding implementation method. In the investigation, the object-oriented design method and the virtual simulation technology are fully adopted. As a result, a visual 3D graphic simulation platform is developed from the viewpoint of application level. The proposed system can realize the computer simulation of the shop layout in manufacturing process and can help the designer to choose the best design scheme of the shop floor.
