摘要
目的探讨胃癌转移灶和原发灶中的COX-2表达水平,进一步了解肿瘤区域淋巴结转移特性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测58例伴有区域淋巴结转移的胃癌转移灶淋巴结、原发灶及33例未发生淋巴结转移的胃癌COX-2的表达。结果在胃癌原发灶和转移灶中均存在COX-2的高表达,未发生转移的胃癌原发灶与发生转移COX-2的表达阳性率分别为54.5%与84.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.71,P<0.01)。淋巴结转移灶标本中COX-2的表达阳性率为93.1%,原发灶中COX-2表达阳性率84.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.17,P>0.05)。结论COX-2蛋白的过表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移相关,而在淋巴结转移灶和胃癌原发灶中COX-2蛋白的表达无明显差异。
Objective To investigate the expression level of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in lymph node metastases and primary tumors of gastric carcinoma. Methods Tissue specimens from 58 cases of gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastases and 33 cases without lymph node metastases were obtained. The expression of COX-2 was detected by using SP method. Results The expression of COX-2 in gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis ( X^2=9-71, P〈0.01). In metastatic positive lymph node, the expression of COX-2 were 93.1%, that was 84.5% in primary tumor ( X^2=2-17, P〉0.05); Conclusion Overexpression of COX-2 had a critical role in metastases of gas- tric carcinoma, but the expression of COX-2 in metastases loci of gastric, carcinoma was not different to that in primary tumors.
