摘要 借助MATLAB软件,采用标准κ-ε模型,基于同位网格的SIMPLEC方法,对切向入口旋风分离器内的气相流场进行了数值模拟研究。直接调用其内置函数,对旋风分离器进行网格划分,生成插值计算、三对角追赶法以及交替方向迭代法(ADI)等求解过程的函数文件以供调用,采用while循环语句组成内迭代和外迭代运算。直接调用MATLAB绘图指令,能方便地生成旋风分离器内流场的速度分布图和u-v速度矢量图。 As the discrete control equations for the flow field in a cyclone are very large and nonlinear, it is necessary to constitute iterations in order to calculate them, and since interpolation and TDMA arithmetic are used repeatedly in the calculation procedure, professional software is needed for rigorous simulation of the flow field. In this work, the flow field in a cyclone has been simulated based on MATLAB, and the standard κ - ε turbulent model and SIMPLEC method with collocated grid were used to simulate the gas phase. Functions which are built-in or programmed into MATLAB were directly invoked. Within a while expression, inner and outer iterations were readily constituted and it was found to be easy to invoke the plot commands to plot figures of the velocity distribution and the u-v vector graph in a cyclone. This shows that using MATLAB, even knowing relatively little about numerical methods and higher program languages, chemical engineers can design stable, reliable and high quality programs for flow field simulation with graphical display.
