摘要
伴随新规则的出台,难度动作成为武术运动员比赛成绩的决定因素。旋子转体720°是C级难度动作,目前该动作的完成情况不理想。应用DLT法对第十届全国运动会女子长拳冠军梅寒完成的旋子转体720°的起跳技术进行分析,旨在揭示该动作的运动规律,为教练员以后的训练工作提供科学参考。结论:在最大缓冲瞬间到左脚离地瞬间的过程中,梅寒主要靠头部和两臂向左上方的弧线摆动,以及右腿向右上方的摆动来加强绕矢状轴的转动能力,靠头部向运动方向左上方的弧线摆动及两臂不对称的加速摆动来加强绕纵轴的转动能力。
With the enforcement of the new rules, the complex motion has become the key factor of Wushu match score. Complex rank of Movement Revolving Turn 720°is C in the new rules. Now it isn't ideal to complete it. By means of DLT method, the thesis comparatively analyzes Movement Revolving Turn 720° by Meihai in female long-range punch in the 10th National Games. The purpose of the article is to promulgate the movement rule and provide the reference for the training work. The conclusions are as follows:From the greeting buffer moment to the left foot'ground clearance, Meihan'head and arm rounded sway to her'left direction. At the same time, her right leg sways to her' right direction to strengthen her rotation ability of reeling axle of vectors. Her head rounded sways to her'left direction and her arm asymmetrically accelerate swing have strengthened rotation ability of reelling ordinate axis.
