摘要
研制了三种抗包虫病大用吡喹酮缓释包埋剂,通过人工感染试验表明:吡喹酮缓释包埋剂3号给犬皮下植入7个月时,进行原头蚴人工感染,对细粒棘球绦虫的预防保护率达98.46%;包埋剂内还剩余吡喹酮48.93%,至1年左右药物才被吸收完毕,预防期可能长达一年,故优选了本缓释剂。本文报道应用吡喹酮缓释包埋剂3号在包虫病高发区甘肃省天祝藏族自治县进行的现场试验,经113只犬的植入试验,在植入8个月和14个月时用氢溴酸槟榔碱泻下法抽检38只植入犬,皆未发现细粒棘球绦虫的感染,预防保护率为100%,而对照犬的感染率为20%,预防保护效果极显著,从而肯定了抗包虫病犬用吡喹酮缓释包埋剂预防犬感染细粒棘球绦虫的良好效果。
3 kinds of anti--canine E. granulosus praziquantel sustained release implants(PSRI)hale been developed in our laboratory. The protoscolex infection test showed that PSRI-3 had98.46% prophylaxis protection rate in dogs against E. granulosus and still retained 48.93%praziquantel after implanted subcutaneously 7 months, and it was completely absorbed about 12months suggesting that its prophylaxis protection period may be one year. In this paper. useof PSRI--3 for field trial was reported of anti-Echinococcosis of dogs in a hyperendemic area.Tianzhu Tibet Automonous County, Gansu province. 38 of 113 dogs given PSRI--3 were dete-cted by hydrobromide arecoline purge method & and 14 months, and none was harboured withE. granuloSus tapeworms in faeces revealing that prophylaxis protection rate of PSRI--3 was100%. while 20% dogs from the control group harboured. Therefore. these results show dearlythat PSRI--3 had high efficacy in protecting dogs from E. granulosus infections.
