摘要
创新实践教育是人才培养过程中不可缺少的重要环节。本文介绍了我校创新人才培养体系的构建和部分实践成果,如创新人才培养基地建设、大学生创新实践训练计划等,总结了我校创新人才培养的初步实践经验。
This paper introduced the innovative talent training system in Tongji University. We summarized some of the practice achievement, such as setting up innovative talent training base, Student Innovation Training Program （SITP）, and so on.
