摘要
目的探讨对建立我国预防接种异常反应救济机制的启示。方法介绍美国疫苗伤害救济制度,并对建立我国相应制度提出几点建议。结果与结论我国应尽快建立预防接种异常反应的救济制度,以保护消费者的合法权益。
Objective Explore the way of establishing the prevention and relief of mechanism for vaccination in China. Method Introducing the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program of America, put for ward several suggestions on how to establish the mechanism in China. Result ＆ Conclusion The prevention and relief of mechanism for vaccination in China should be established as soon as possible to ensure consumers＇interests.
