摘要
本文研究了以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和水为混合溶剂的丙烯腈光引发法,发现该法完全符合自由基聚合一般原理,在无缠结影响的条件下测定出重均分子量超过100万的聚丙烯腈。并由讨论得知丙烯腈自由基聚合法所得极限重均分子量均为350万。
This paper studies the light-initiating polymerization of acrylonitrile in component solvent system of DMF and water with AIBN as initiator,and it is found that the method fits to the theory of free radical polymerization. Ultra-high molecular weight polyacylonitnile with actual weight-average molecular weight over 100×104 measured without entanglement effect has been synthesized. An interesting result is obtained by simple derivation that the ultimate weight-average molecular weight of PAN by free radical polymerization is about 350×104。
