非交通型脊髓空洞症大鼠模型的建立

摘要 国内脊髓空洞症的动物模型多见于兔、犬等大中型动物。我们建立了一种非交通型脊髓空洞症的大鼠模型,报道如下。材料和方法Sprague Dawley(SD)雄性大鼠23只,动物证号SCXK(沪)2003-0002,体重250~300g,随机分为实验组(A组)12只,自体血液注射组(B组)、生理盐水组(C组)和假手术组(D组)各3只,正常组(E组)2只。
