摘要
目的:观察壳寡糖协同双歧杆菌对肿瘤抑制作用的影响。方法:采用体内注射的方法将壳寡糖和双歧杆菌注入荷瘤小鼠体内,观察肿瘤生长情况及MTT比色法观察壳寡糖对肿瘤细胞的体外抑制作用。结果:壳寡糖协同双歧杆菌对肿瘤的生长有抑制作用,显微镜观察显示肿瘤组织出现坏死;壳寡糖对肿瘤细胞生长有抑制作用,其抑瘤率与浓度有关,与时间无关,肿瘤细胞经壳寡糖作用后,透射电镜显示细胞有凋亡趋势。结论:壳寡糖协同双歧杆菌可抑制肿瘤生长,同时壳寡糖可能诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。
Objective： To observe the inhibition effect of chitlsan oligosaceharide and bifidobacteria on tumour. Methods ： the growth of tumour was observed after chitlsan oligosaceharide and bifidobacteria were injected into tumor - bearing mice; And the anti proliferation activities of chitlsan oligosaccharide on cells were evaluated by means of MTT assay. Results： Growth of tumour was inhibited by chitlsan oligosaceharide and bifidobacteria, necrosis was observed in the tumour tissue. Chitlsan oligosaccharide affected the growth of cell. The effect was related to concentration of chitlsan oligosaceharide,but not depending of culture time. The apoptosis of cells could be seen under the transmission electron. Conclusion： chitlsan oligosaceharide and bifidobacteria could inhibit the growth of tumour and chistlsan oligosaccharide might induce apoptosis of cell.
