摘要
目的:研究养荣润肠舒对慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将197例慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为观察组与对照组,分别应用养荣润肠舒及麻仁滋脾丸治疗,应用结肠运输试验检测其疗效。结果:治疗前、后两组自身对照均有显著疗效(P(0.05)。治疗后乙状结肠直肠通过时间比较,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P(0.05)。结论:养荣润肠舒是治疗慢性功能性便秘的有效药物。
Objective： Radiological analysis of treating chronic functional consipation by YangRong RunChangShu decoction. Methods： Divided 197 patients of chronic functional consipation randomly into observation group and control group, which treated by YangRong RunChangShu decoction and MaRen ZiPi Pills respectively. Results： Both of the two groups are effective（ P 〈 0.05）. Compare with the sigmoid flexure and rectum transit time, the therapeutical effect of observation group is better than control group obviously（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： YangRong Run Chang Shu decoction have definite therapeutical effect for treating chronic functional consipation.
