摘要
我国中医药领域正处于高速发展时期,需要大量有知识、有能力的高素质创新人才。因此,要保持传统医学事业的快速发展,培养有高度创新意识和创新能力的中医药研究生显得尤其重要。文章主要针对目前中医药研究生教育现状,结合实际工作,探讨培养中医药研究生创新意识和创新能力的重要性及其途径与方法。
As our country＇s traditional medical careers are in time of rapid evolution, a vast number of person with high qualities such as creativity are needed. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate TCM graduates with high innovative thought and ability so as to keep the rapid evolution of our traditional medical careers. This paper explores the importance, ways and strategies about cultivating TCM graduates with innovative thought and ability according to the present situation of graduate education and the requirements of actual work.
