摘要
经研究改进，建立了一种从鸡血中提取高质量ＤＮＡ的有效方法，电泳检测，ＤＮＡ带型整齐集中，无拖尾现象，证明ＤＮＡ分子片段完整，长度大于２３ｋｂ。紫外分光光度计检测，所提取ＤＮＡ的ＯＤ２６０与ＯＤ２８０比值达１．７５±０．０６，证明所提ＤＮＡ质量好，纯度高。
Based on previous results,this paper established an effective method for the isolation of high quality genomic DNA from chicken whole blood. Results of electrophoresis indicated that band-type of DNA were uniform and centralized,which proved that DNA molecule was intact and its length was 23Kb or more. The ratio of OD 260 to OD 280 of the isolated DNA was 1.75±0.06 by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.All results showed that the isolated DNA was of high quality and purity. This paper was also involved with the influence of isolation method on DNA output and purity.
