摘要
股票期权激励模式是我国股权激励模式中比较普遍的激励模式。本文从我国上市公司股票期权存在的问题进行了研究,并构建了基于EVA理论的股票期权激励机制。
The incentive model for stock option is a more general stock ownership incentive model in our county. The article studys the problems of stock option from Chinese listed Companies, and constructs executive stock option model based on EVA theory.
