摘要
本研究旨在建立一种鉴别香菇品种的高效、高分辨率方法,即聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦同工酶电泳法,并利用此方法对28个香菇品种进行检测。实验结果表明,不同香菇品种均有基础酶带的存在,但不同品种间在酶带条数,pI值及酶活性上有差异。
A high efficiency mothod for identifying the strains of Letinula Edodes isestablished in this paper. With isoelectric focusing isoszyme electrophoresis, 28 strains ofLetinula edodes were studied. The results indicated that almost all sarains have basicbands. But the number of bands, pl values, and enzyme activities have some differences.There are some differences between cultivated strains and wild strains. What's more, thedifferences among cultivated strains still exist.
