灰树花多糖的抗肿瘤作用及对巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞的影响 被引量:22

摘要 以灰树花粉多糖(GFP)为材料,通过对接种有Lewis肺癌及Colon癌的C57BL/6小鼠进行抗肿瘤疗效试验,灰树花多糖口服给药剂量为3400mg/kg·day。发现灰树花多糖对足趾接种和腋皮下接种Lewis肺癌的抑制率分别为67.83%~72.44%和45.36%~46.71%;对Colon癌的抑制率分别为50.68%~56.03%和37.31%~40.47%。通过免疫试验发现灰树花多糖能明显增加正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用和荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性。 The polysaccharide extracted from fruit bodies of Grifola frondosa (GFP)showed significant antitumor activity against Lewis lung cancer and colon carcinoma- When the GFP was taken orally by C57BL/6 mice at a dosage of 3 400mg/kg·d,the inhibition rate of Lewis lung carcinoma subcutaneously inoculated to mice at toe or axilla is about 67. 83%~ 72. 44% or 45. 36%~46. 71 %,respectively. The inhibition rate of colon cancer subcutaneously inoculated to mice at toe or axilla is about 50. 68% ~56. 03% or 37. 31 %~40. 47%,respectively. The GFP also can enhance the phagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity of normal mice and the activities of NK cells of tumor-bearing mice.
