两种雷帕霉素洗脱支架疗效比较 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨国产雷帕霉素洗脱支架（Partner）在急性冠脉综合征介入治疗中的安全性、有效性、实用性和效价比。方法对121例急性冠脉综合征患者采取自愿的原则,同时期应用进口雷帕霉素洗脱支架Cypher和Partner两种支架,分为两组并进行对照研究。结果32例选择Cypher支架,48例选用Partner支架,两组患者在住院和随访期间,心绞痛、急性非致死性心肌梗死、心力衰竭、急性及亚急性血栓形成、支架内再狭窄、心源性死亡诸方面差异均无统计学意义。结论Partner支架价格低廉,与Cypher支架比较,效价比较高,并发症少,适合临床应用。
