摘要 此文介绍了一种检测单核苷酸改变的方法。联合应用巢式PCR和创造酶切位点法,操作简便,结果可靠,能有效地对SNP位点进行分型。本文以M134位点的突变检测为例,探讨联合应用巢式PCR和创造酶切位点法检测单核苷酸改变的思路、方法和策略。 In this paper , a new method to identifying SNP genotypes is introduced. Using Nest PCR and Created Restriction Site is a simple and efficient method. M134 site is served as a example for establishing Nest PCR and Created Restriction Site method. Strategy is also discussed.
